Andrew King, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for PrimeSource Healthcare announced today the execution of lease documents for their new corporate headquarters at 2100 East Lake Cook Road in suburban Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
PrimeSource Healthcare will be moving at the end of 2010 into 77,000 square feet of class A office space. PrimeSource was represented in negotiations by Mark S. Robbins, SIOR and Larry D. Serota, LEED AP of Transwestern Commercial Services as tenant advisors. Legal representation was provided by Harold Dembo of Much Shelist, and Celia Meza, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for PrimeSource Healthcare. Mike Rolfs, and Brian Lunt represented the building ownership, Hamilton Partners. Michael Fazio of the Chicago firm Archideas will provide design and development of the space.
PrimeSource Healthcare is one of America's oldest and largest privately owned on-site providers of mobile healthcare and billing services. Since its inception in 1982, the multi-specialty group utilizes the services of independent medical professionals and provides a unique medical billing solution to Primary Care Physicians and General Practitioners through its proprietary software. PrimeSource currently employs nearly 300 associates.
The new space, located at the corner of Milwaukee Avenue and Lake Cook Road is part of a first- class, fully integrated office complex overlooking the Des Plaines River and the Lake County Forest Preserve. The development is owned and managed by Hamilton Partners. PrimeSource will occupy the top four floors of the 12 story tower and will be the signature tenant as part of the long term lease commitment.
