Continues to Experience Unmatched Growth
PrimeSource
has experienced unparalleled growth over the last year,
unmatched by any time in our history. The company’s
growth has spanned categories with more new contracts,
new business, new positions, and promotions than ever
before! Would it surprise you to find out that the company
has added 55 all-new positions since 2007?
It’s absolutely true, we’ve added 14 new
Clinical Assistants, 14 new Physicians, 3 CSR’s,
13 new Finance positions, 1 new HR Development Coordinator,
3 new IT experts, 1 Marketing Coordinator, and 4 Patient
Care Representatives. That’s really a remarkable
amount of bright new talent to add to the organization.
Not only has PrimeSource grown in associates, but we’ve
promoted more associates than ever before as well. Since
the beginning of 2008, we’ve seen two new team
leaders in Accounts Receivable. Dana Montry is the new
Team Leader for Podiatry and Dentistry and Melissa Frankfort
is the Team Leader for Optometry and Audiology. Alex
Nicolarsen has moved up to become the Accounts Receivable
Coordinator as well. Danielle Biggs was promoted to
Clinical Services Manager after being promoted to Assistant
Manager nearly one year before. The Assistant Manager
of Client Services position is waiting to be filled
by someone who wants to step up and take on a larger
role within the company.
This kind of growth is equally important to PrimeSource
because it means that not only are our associates the
best and brightest, but they’re willing to work
hard to succeed within the company.
As PrimeSource continues to grow, our base of associates
will expand. Here’s an amazing fact: For every
50 new facilities PrimeSource adds through new contracts,
an additional 25 Associates, Clinical Assistants and
Physicians are needed to support those facilities! Our
Client Service Representatives (CSR's) signed an astounding
18 total new contracts in March alone, so the growth
will follow suit as those facilities come on-line. The
CSR’s are certainly showing no sign of letting
up as PrimeSource continues to expand throughout Indiana
and Ohio.

growth and supporting our mission: to make a difference
in the lives of the patients we serve.
