  • Prepare and place purchase orders for supplies and materials where standard prices are usually quoted.
  • Work from requisitions with established quality and quantity requirements and apply knowledge of vendor sources.
  • Match itemized payables with the appropriate back up (signed receivers, receipts, purchase orders, etc.).
  • After payable checks have been processed, verify check amount with the vendor amount to ensure accuracy.

Assistant Manager - Patient Care Services

Currently PrimeSource is seeking an Assistant Manager of Patient Care Services to join their team.   The Assistant Manager, Patient Care Services works with the Patient Care Service Managers, Nursing Facility Representatives and PrimeSource Clinical Associates to coordinate patient care and the delivery of prosthetics.

Responsibilities

  • Create weekly schedule of Clinical Assistant assignments including scheduling glasses delivery.
  • Participate in rotating “on call duty" for Clinical Assistants and Providers.
  • Provide the supervisor with timely reports on daily, weekly and at month end and other reporting requirements as requested.
  • Assist Patient Care Managers in overseeing the Patient Care Representatives in scheduling clinical visits with the facilities.

Prior Health law experience is preferred but not required. This role will report directly to the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and will be responsible for assisting in the management of the legal affairs of the corporation.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Draft, review and negotiate a variety of corporate business contracts and agreements;
  • Draft employment contracts including independent contractor and non-compete agreements;

  • Send private pay letter to the responsible party if patient is not eligible for the prosthetic or for Medicaid.
  • Upon receipt of payment for private pay or verification from Medicaid patient is eligible, send recommendation to the appropriate lab and if appropriate send to doctor, clinician, patient care coordinator.
  • Obtain verification from lab that prosthetic was manufactured and mailed.
