CSR - Utilization Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are growing rapidly and need a Utilization Coordinator to join the PrimeSource team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process all paperwork related to prosthetic recommendations, including medical and insurance approvals.
- Effectively communicate with nursing home facilities, primary care physicians, and PrimeSource providers to ensure the accuracy of all documentation.
- Obtain completed Medicaid Medical Clearances for prosthetic devices.
- Initiate and close sales calls for non Medicaid eligible recommendations.
- Upon receipt of approval for payment notify PrimeSource's in house lab to begin production of the prosthetic device.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High School Graduate/GED, Some college or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service and sales environment.
